Our course takes approximately 2 hours to finish. However, you do not have to do it all at once. We save your progress and you can come back anytime you wish to finish.
Our normal price is $21.99. However, we run specials and post coupon codes on our home page, Facebook, and Instagram pages.
The final exam is pass or fail and you must score an 80% or better to pass. Once you complete the course, you will be able to immediately save and/or print your RAMP Certificate. We also electronically send your training record to the Pennsylvania Liquor Control Board database so they have it on file.
Per the PA LCB you must retake the course in its entirety before attempting the final exam again. 80% is considered a passing score.

We can provide a simple instruction sheet that will walk your servers and bartenders through the process of registering on our site and accessing the course.
Yes. Our course is available on desktop and laptop computers as well as tablets (Apple Ipads, Microsoft Surface, etc) and on any smart phone device.
It depends. First off, we recommend all servers and bartenders complete this training to learn about responsible service and keeping your patrons safe.
In regard to Pennsylvania law, it depends on your date of hire. If you were hired on August 8, 2016 or after in an alcohol service position then you must always have your RAMP Server Seller training. There are also other stipulations in regards to off-premises serving and selling bottled wine to go. Please contact the Pennsylvania Liquor Control Board at 866-275-8237 if you are unsure about whether you are required to do this training.
Unfortunately, not at this time. We are solely focused on the responsible service of alcohol, RAMP Server Seller training, and RAMP Certification. For information on food safety and ServSafe, please visit www.servsafe.com or the Pennsylvania Department of Agriculture (www.agriculture.pa.gov/consumer_protection/FoodSafety/Retail%20Food/Pages/Food-Employee-Certification-.aspx).
Effective January 1, 2019, we are unable to offer refunds once you access the RAMP Server Seller Online Course.
